A few clarifying words for those non-U.S. readers who ordered
ROTK: CR sets through me: If your order was effected by the WB store's stock shortage, I've already contacted you via email with a couple of options. Check those inboxes and get back to me ASAP. If you've received no such email from me, then your order is good to go and should hit the post soon.
And for anyone yet to order, divert your eyes to the blog's right sidebar; Amazon.com currently has FOTR and ROTK in stock, and TTT should reappear in the near future.
